Create "User role" for Close PR and Invoice data and then "User role mapping" has to be done from "Mapping" Menu.
Go to the Menu "Mapping" then "Employee cost centre mapping", Enable the edit mode after that Select the location in front of the user and then select the cost centre and click on the save button to provide access to the cost centre.
