The menu can be assigned to the user from the “User Role Mapping”. If “User Role” is not there to map then the same need to be created/approved from “User Roles” menu.
Yes, all the menus can be re-named from the “Add Menu Item” based on user requirements. Once re-named, the user needs to logout and login again to see the re-named menu names.
