The approver of GRN i.e. QC can be set from the “Set Approval Limit” menu available under the “Mapping” menu. Open the “Set Approval Limit” page and select IRN Data from the dropdown of ‘Filter by Module’. A list of all the cost centres will come, the approver name has to be set against each cost centre separately. The approver can be set from zero to ten approvals.

Any user, whose name is set as the approver name from the “Master Approval Mapping” can be the approver of a master. Different approver names can be set for each master.
