Ans: The “User Role Mapping” menu is used for assigning the right/ access of the ‘User Role’ to the employees. The Functionality of this mapping is to show those menu names to the Employee’s login page which are associated / part of the assigned ‘User Role’. After “User Role Mapping” to an employee, those employees can access, only those menus which are mentioned/ group of assigned ‘User Role’.
