Go to company setup,select a Master column setting tab and then search vendor Master under this enabled the document currency.

In "add opening stock menu" can user update opening stock multiple times

Generally Opening stock can be updated into system only one time however if you updat/import opening stock more than one time than system will consider/add all import/upload of opening stock multiple times and balance will be toatal/combination of all opening stock uploaded. (Previously added opening stock cannot be removed)
