Ans: Yes. We set the color code for the Ranking / Category in Vendor Questionnare. 
Go to Setup > Quotation management > Questionnaire Score % Settings > Color Code of this Category Ranking, Under this option select the color and save. Once saved the Ranking will be shown with the set color.
