Ans: Yes, We have the option to show the button "Hold for additional info" on the approval page of PR, PO and Invoice. 

Go to setup > General Tab > More info visible in > select the toggle where you want to enable the "Hold for additional info" button. Once enabled then the button can be seen on the respective page.
