Q: How to prevent the error in difference of date of transaction in “Journal Entry” and “Customer Balance”?
Ans: While creating Customer Balance, need to enter the same transaction date in 3 fields that are “Collection Date”, “Clearance Date” and “Journal Entry Date”.
