Q: If the field/columns of “ERP Status” shows a blank message, what does it mean?
Ans: Ans. When a new product is added to the Products Master and gets approved. So, after approval, it is auto-fetched to ZOHO from TYASuite. If Auto- fetch of the product from TYASuite to “Items” of ZOHO is not successful then a “blank” message is displayed in the “ERP Status” field/column.
