Q: In the “Adhoc Advance Payment” screen- The error message “Advance Payment Amount should not be greater than Total PO Amount”; why has this error arise?
Ans: Here “Advance Amount Payment" field Value should be equal to/less than the “Total PO Amount” field value. Once done, one can easily add Advance amount Payment against the Cost Center and PO No. in the “Adhoc Advance Payment” screen.
