Ans: The use of the ‘Is Approver’ checkbox selection at “Employee Master” creation/ edit is to provide that employee with the right of ‘Reporting Manager. If an employee has right / selected as ‘Is Approver’ then that employee can be set as ‘Reporting Manager’ of employees.
