Ans. For such cases, it is essential to create HSN Code in the name of “NoGST” and assign “0” rates for IGST, CGST, and SGST and approve it. Assign non-applicable GST products for the “NoGST” HSN Code in Products Master and approve it.

1. Users can modify any fields/column data here through the “Bulk Excel Import” button.
2. In the "Products Master" screen, the users will click on the “Bulk Excel Import” button and download the existing Products in “Products Master”. Modify those required data in the fields/columns and save it. 
3. After saving, upload the modified data and click the “Add to list” button.
4. Once done, the modified data will be visible in Products Master. That will be sent for approval.
5. Once approved, Modified products will list in Products Master.

If you want to add any sub-category, then the same has to be created first as a category. 

1]- Open the “Product Category” by clicking on the top of the search box OR from the menu master data > product category.
2]- Add the Category of the product which you want to add as a subcategory.
3]- Add the category name in the "category list" column and click on add button.
4]- Once added, now that category will appear on the subcategory.
5]- Select the subcategory against the selected category.
6]- The category and subcategory names will appear here.

Please go to setup > General Tab > and update the prefix under SKU Code Format. The same prefix will be visible in the product master for creation. 

Any user, whose name is set as the approver name from the “Master Approval Mapping” can be the approver of a master. Different approver names can be set for each master.

Approval of Master can be set/mapped from the “Master Approval Mapping” menu. Users need to search the master name, for which he wants to set/ map Approval and click on the ‘edit button available under the action column. Only One single approver name can be selected from the approval dropdown option, after selecting the user/employee name, the change needs to be saved from the ‘Save’ Button available at the end of the page.

Only one approval can be set/ mapped for master approvals and approval is must master creation.

Master approval is a must for the creation of masters. If any master is created that cannot be available for use without approval or with zero approval, except Product Category and Account Sub-Category (Auto approval is there for these two).

The TDS Calculation is automatic in TYASuite, However, the user or approver can change the system calculated TDS amount if he is allowed to edit the same by admin.
