Go to Setup > GRN/QC Tab > Is Hold GRN/QC Button Visible in Add GRN/QC Page ? enable this option to show the Hold button on the page GRN/QC.

Yes, if Invoice no, and Invoice pdf copy is already attached in GRN or QC Page then that GRN still needs to be processed on the “Add Invoice” page compulsory. The invoice Number and Invoice attached at the time of GRN/QC will auto-populate at the “Add Invoice” page user can check/change and can mention the due date of that invoice.
Once a GRN is approved/processed from Add QC page then that GRN will go to the next step of the “Add Invoice” page.
Yes, if an organization want to merge the GRN and QC functionality in a single screen then this can be done. In this case, the user has to inform the TYASuite admin. TYASuite admin person will enable the ‘Merge GRN’ and IRN and ‘Is Zero Approval Allowed For Merge IRN/GRN’ option available in Company Setup- IRN Tab.
Yes, If the QC step is not applicable for an organization, then the same can be skipped, in that case, the details used to enter in QC page will be asked by the system in GRN time only.
The previously Hold QC from the Add QC page can be further processed / Un-Hold from the ‘Un-Hold GRN’ tick box available on the “Add QC” page. Once the ‘Un-Hold GRN’ tick box and then the ‘Un-Hold GRN’ button is ticked then that GRN/QC will again be available on the “Add QC” page to process/ approve further.
The GRN can be put on hold if the user wants to hold the QC for some time and process/approve that GRN at a later stage. If the user clicked on the ‘Hold’ button then that QC will mark as Hold and that hold QC can be further processed / Un-Hold from the “Add QC” page from the ‘Un-Hold GRN’ tick box.
On Add QC page approver can Approve, Reject and Hold a GRN.
