When a GRN goes for approval, there is an option with the approver to hold GRN and set apart those who hold GRN from the normal GRNs. This Hold GRN button/option needs to be enabled from the company set up by the Admin.
The ‘Hold’ button in Add GRN/QC inside screen is used to hold a GRN for some time and set apart those hold GRN from the normal GRNs. The list of those GRNs which hare on Hold can be seen on Add GRN/QC screen by selecting ‘Un-Hold GRN’ button.
