Q: What needs to done if Login Credential is not received in the mail?
Ans: System-generated auto-email will be sent to the user with a login credential, user needs to check the spam or junk folder also and mark that mail as not spam/junk. If login credentials are not received in any case then the user can use Forgot Password option to reset his password.
