To enable the Microsoft SSO

Yes. We have an option to increase the logout time.
Go to setup > General Tab > Please Set Auto Logout Timer In Minutes(Number). There the numbers have to be updated in Minutes.
Please follow the below process.
1]- Checkbox "Send mail to Vendor" has to be enabled from the Vendor Master > Edit the Vendor > and select the checkbox "Send mail to Vendor" and user Role "RFQ" and "Invoice" and then update the same. Once approved the vendor will be able to log in and can see two menus i.e. RFQ and Invoices.
2]- On the login page after entering the user ID and Password, click on the text "Vendor Login" and then click on the login button.
To register as a user (As a Vendor), some basic details (Name, Mail ID, Phone No. PAN No. GST Details, Selection of Send Vendor Login Details checkbox, etc.) of the user need to be entered in "Vendor Master" menu. If you do have not access to this menu please reach out to your company admin.
The “Forgot Password” option helps to reset the password for employees and vendors when you have forgotten the password and und unable to log in to TYASuite.
Please follow the below steps to use this option and reset the password for “Employees” and “Vendors” by using “Forgot Password”.
1. Click on Forgot Password on the login page, as shown in the above screen.
2. The screen appears once clicked on “Forgot Password”. Enter the email Id, On the shown screen and click on “Send”.
3. Please ensure that the “Employee” Radio button should be checked if you reset the employee's password. The “Vendor” Radio button should be checked if you want to reset the Vendor’s password.
4. As soon as you clicked on the “send” button, the system will send a link to the entered email Id.
5. Open the email and click on Reset Password.
6. The screen will appear once you click on “Reset Password” in the email and fill the new password that you want to use from now on and confirm the same.
7. Click on “Reset Password” and then use the new password to log in.
TYASuite provides an option “Reset Password”, where users can reset their password without clicking any link or jumping to another screen at their convenience. Please follow the steps mentioned below.
1. Click on the Top Right drop-down of the screen where the user’s name appears.
2. In the drop you will get the option to “Reset Password”.
3. Screen appears after clicking on the “Reset Password”.
4. Enter the old password (Current Password) and New Password and then click on Reset Password.
System-generated auto-email will be sent to the user with a login credential, user needs to check the spam or junk folder also and mark that mail as not spam/junk. If login credentials are not received in any case then the user can use Forgot Password option to reset his password.
If wrong mail ID is entered in Employee Master then the same can be corrected while editing that employee from “Employee Master”. The correct mail ID can be replaced with old/ wrong mail ID.
In Employee Master only those employees need to be created/registered who want to use TYASuite, the other employee who will not use the TYASuite, are not required to be created /registered.
