Only approved ‘User Role’ populates in “Employee Master”. After the creation/edit of a role that must be approved by the assigned approver to show in a dropdown, as such, please get ‘User Role’ approved.
It means the User does not have access to the particular cost centre. Hence his name is not showing for the approver and not coming in the dropdown list.
