The ‘Cost Centre’ dropdown list showing/ available in “Employee Master” is coming /mapped from the “Cost Centre” Master. All the Cost centres created in the “Cost Centre” menu will show in the ‘Cost Centre’ field of “Employee Master” to select/ map.

The ‘Reporting Manager’ dropdown list available in “Employee Master” is coming based on the ‘Is Approver’ checkbox selection at the time of “Employee” Master creation. If the ‘Is Approver’ checkbox is selected at the time of adding or edit an employee then that employee will show in the dropdown of Reporting Manager, and that employee can be set as reporting manager.
