The “User Role Mapping” menu is used for assigning the right/ access of the ‘User Role’ to the employees. The Functionality of this mapping is to show those menu names to the Employee’s login page which are associated / part of the assigned ‘User Role’. After “User Role Mapping” to an employee, those employees can access, only those menus which are mentioned/ group of assigned ‘User Role’.    

The “Employee Reporting Mapping” menu is used for assigning the employees L1, L2, and L3 reporting managers. The functionality of this mapping is to set PR Approver. A PR Raiser can select his PR Approver name out of the names available in the PR Approval dropdown. The names in the PR Approval dropdown will show only if the Reporting Manager (L1, L2, or L3) is mapped in the “Employee Reporting Mapping” menu.
