TDS means Tax Deduction at Source. The “TDS Master” contained the following information: The TDS rate as applicable under the Income Tax Section, the amount limit to deduct TDS (Per Invoice and Annual limit) and the type of person category (Company, Individual etc.).

The system will calculate product-wise TDS amount based on the limit and section mentioned in TDS Master, at the time of adding an Invoice of vendor into the system or advance payment is processed against a Purchase Order.
