Q: How do set/add location-wise multiple Customer users’ mail to “CRM in Multilocation” against the required Customer in “Customer Master”?
Ans: (a) Go to the “Customer Master” screen. There is a “CRM in Multilocation” column in the location-wise address table.
(b) After adding the Customer details, the user can add/select multiple users’ email IDs against the customer locations in the “CRM in Multilocation” column.
