(a) Go to Company Setup.
(b) Go to “Master Column Settings”.
(c) Go to the right top corner of the page and click the pencil icon to edit and search for the “Customer Master” in the search dropdown.
(d) Search the “Customer Master” and select the checkbox. Once selected, click the search dropdown on the top of Customer Master and search for "CRM in Multilocation".
(e) Select the Checkbox against "CRM in Multilocation" and save it.
In this way "CRM in Multilocation" checkbox will appear in the “Customer Master” against the location.
