Q: How to enable ‘clearance date’ in the “Customer balance”?

Ans: We need to go to “Company Setup” and click on the Report tab. Click to enter in edit mode which is on the top right side of the screen. Enable the “Is Clearance Date Visible in Customer Balance Report “and save it. Once saved, the Clearance date will be visible in the Customer Balance.
