Part-payment can be processed against an invoice from the "Add Invoice for Payment" page and if an invoice is already processed with part payment, then the next part payment can be processed from the “Add Part Payment” page.
On the "Add Invoice for Payment" page you can find the pending invoice for payment and on the “Add Part Payment” page you can find the pending invoice for payments which are partly paid.
