In the "company setup" "IRN" tab enable the hyperlink option "Is PO hyperlink Visible" and "Is PR hyperlink Visible". After that hyperlinks for PR and PO will work.
Product name can't change at any level, for changing the product name will have to raise the new invoice in TYA
