Q: How a Product or Service Category and Sub-Category can be created for an item master?
Ans: From the “Product Category” menu the Category and Sub-Category of a product or service can be created after entering the Category name in Category List Column and clicking on the Update button. Once A Category is created then the same can be converted into a Sub-Category of a category by selecting the Sub-Category dropdown option against a category.
