It is noted that the user must have approver access for raised POs.
Search for the “POs for My Approval” in Menu Box or the search dropdown box.
Go to the “POs for My Approval” screen.
Select the check box against the PO No.
Once PO is selected, the “View & Approve/Reject” button is visible.
Once Click this button, the approver can view the PO and Approve/Reject/Hold it as per the requirement.
