A PR can be closed from the “Close PR” menu, if there is a change in requirement and that PR is not required anymore. In the “Close PR” menu all those PR are available to close which are not used for issuing a Purchase Order or Stock Issue till now.
In the ship location dropdown, only those cost centres use to show which are mapped from the Employee Cost Centre Mapping
