Q: Q. Why Approver 1 is not visible for PR?
Ans: Ans. Go to Company setup. Click on the PR Tab and check the toggle “Approval Will Come From”. It will display 3 options- Reporting Manager, Set approval limit V2, or “Reporting Manager + Set approval limit V2”. If the option is “Reporting manager” then go to Employee Reporting mapping and mark the approval1 name against the Emp ID. OR you can set the approver from “Set approver limit V2” page.
