Q: What is the ‘Hold for Additional Info” option and its functionality at PR Approval?
Ans: PR Approver can hold a PR, and ask for some additional information (Reason/ Justification of his requirement) from the PR raiser before its approval. Once a PR is ‘Hold for Additional Info’ that can be replied by the raiser from the “All Hold PR for Additional Info” menu. That PR again come for approval with the additional info provided by the raiser.
