Q: Approvers name are not coming in the approvers dropdown?
Ans: There will be 2 reasons for this.
1]- The approver ID is got inactive. Please activate the ID or re-assign another employee and set the approval matrix accordingly from "Set approval limit"
2]- The approval matrix is not set for the particular cost centre and module. Please set the approval matrix from "Set approval limit".
