Go to setup > report Tab > Is Hold status visible in Invoice Report ? this option has to be enabled then the hold status will show in the invoice report.
Go to setup > General Tab > Approval details will come in D/C Note pdf? this option has to be enabled after that the approval details will come in D/C Pdf.
