Go to the Setup > Sales Invoice Tab > Tax Free Debit Note Visible? enable this option to show the same in the Sales invoice Page.

How to show the same address in header and footer for the sales invoices?

Go to the setup > Sales invoice Tab > Is same Address in Footer as in Header in the Sales Invoice PDF ? this option should be enabled to show the same address in header and footer. Once this option is enabled then the address which is selected for sales invoice (Registered / Shipping address) will be visible in header and footer.
