Yes, There is an option in the setup > Is RFQ Response Approver Visible In PDF ? this option has to be enabled after that it can be seen in the RFQ response PDF.
Go to setup > Report Tab > Deleted Employee Status and Date Visible in Employee Report ? option has to be enabled. Once this option is enabled then the deleted employee ad date can be seen in the employee report.
