If the PO has been closed after that the PR will get open in the system and that PR also has to be closed after that the amount will get reverse to budget.
In this case, Please check the SMTP email ID whether the Inbox of the SMTP email ID is got full and if there is no space for the emails. Clear the Inbox emails or Increase the Size of storage.
