In this case, Once the employee is added in TYASuite and after clicking on the edit button the "Is active" option will come. At the time of Employee creation the "Is Active" button will not come.
Please go to the company setup > Invoice payment Page > ERP booking ID field will be visible Update payment ref# ? option has to be enabled.
