How can I see multiple entities on my login?

The Multiple entities only can be seen if the same user's email ID is registered with another entity. 

Example - If abc@abc.com this email ID registered with 3 Entity then after login with this email ID the user will be able to access and see those 3 Entity where this email ID is registered with Employee master. 

 

Can we hide the approver name from the Vendor portal?

Yes. We have the option to hide the Approver names on the Vendor portal. The below options has to be enabled.
