 The use of the ‘Is Approver’ checkbox selection at “Employee Master” creation/ edit is to provide that employee with the right of ‘Reporting Manager. If an employee has right / selected as ‘Is Approver’ then that employee can be set as ‘Reporting Manager’ of employees.

The ‘E-Mail’ field use to send the login credential to the employee/user. The ‘E-Mail’ entered in Employee Master will be the User ID to login into TYASuite.
