A. Go to Company Setup. Then go to the Invoice tab and edit the pencil icon in the top right corner of the screen. Search the “Is Department Allocation Visible?” field and enable it.

B. Once enabled, the “Allocate to Cost Center” checkbox is visible in "Add Invoice" and "Rejected Invoice".

A. SMTP Email-Id entered in the "SMTP Configuration" menu, will be used for all automated alerts from TYASuite to the respective users.

For example, once a PO is raised and sent for approval to the approver then the approver will receive a system-generated auto mail alert in his mail 'PO came for your approval' (Approver can approve the PO on the mail itself, by clicking on the 'Approve' button available in the same mail). This mail alert will be triggered from the mail-id entered in the "SMTP Configuration" menu.
