1. One can use this information/steps for SMTP configuration for G-Mail and enter details as follows: -

1. SMTP HOST for G-Mail: -ssl://smtp.gmail.com

2. SMTP PORT for G-Mail: -465

3. SMTP USER: -G-Mail ID (You can create a new Gmail or you can set your Gmail id)

4. Password: -16 Digit App-specific password generated from Gmail.

5. SMTP EMAIL: -You can keep it blank

6. SMTP TITLE: -You can keep it blank or you can mention the company name in which you logged in.

A. To send mail alerts to the TYASuite users on different points of action (Once SMTP configuration completed then users will receive the PR, PO, Invoice etc. raise approval mails).
