Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > In Update Invoice Project Editable ? this option has to be enabled, Once enabled after that while updating the recurring invoice the project can be editable.
In this case the PO might be modified and pending for approval. Please check with approver once and If its approved then it can be seen for IRN / GRN.
