Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > Is Invoice Quantity Editable? this option has to be enabled, Once enabled then the invoice quantity can be editable.
Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > Is Project Selection Visible. this option has to be enabled, Once enabled the you will be able to select the project for recurring invoice.
