Go to setup > PR Tab > Send Reminder Mail : option has to be disabled which is infront of the heading Auto close PR. Once this option is disable then the email will not get triggered for Auto close PR.
Go to setup > Report Tab > Is SEZ location visible in Customer Report ? this option has to be enabled and after that it can be seen in the customer report.
