What Can We Do For You?

Go to setup>  PO Tab > Po For Additional Term And Condition : (Enter the term and condition text here and update the same). The updated Text will be reflected in term and condition section while raising the PO and the same will reflect in the PO PDF as well. 

If its required and you want to show the vendor contact number in the PO PDF then Yes its possible to show the phone number in the PO Pdf. 

Go to Setup > PO Tab  > Vendor Phone No. in PO PDF ? this field has to be enabled and after that the Vendor contact number will show in PO pdf.
