Yes, Approver can edit the PO, and the edit approver can approve the same. The PO edited by the approver will be final and have an overwhelming effect on the PO raised by the raiser.
When a PO goes for approval, there is an option with the approver to view past PO previously approved. This “View Past PO” button/option needs to be enabled from the company set up by the Admin.
