Go to company setup > PR Tab > Raise a PR column > Select the product description field from the checkbox and save it. Once saved then it can be seen on the Raise PR page.
Go to company setup > PR Tab > Is Product Description Edit By Raiser ?. Enable this option to edit the product description on Raiser end.
