How we can show the download icon on the page "My PR" and approved PR.

Go to company setup > PR Tab > "Show PDF Download Icon in My PR and Approved PR". This option has to be enabled, Once enabled the download icon will be visible. 

Can we show the grand total in PR page?

Go to setup > PR Tab > Grand Total visible in PR? option should be enabled then Grand Total will be visible in PR.
