In “HSN Master”, GST Rates i.e. CGST, SGST, IGST, UGST are mentioned. Once HSN Master is created and approved by the approver the same can be linked/mapped to a product or service from the “Product Master”. The system will calculate product-wise GST amount at the time of Purchase Order, Add Invoice or Sales Invoice based on (i) At the rate mentioned at HSN Code master and (ii) GST Type (CGST, SGST, IGST, UGST) is based on the seller and buyer location. 

If the user has done this by mistake and entered the accepted QTY 0 then the system will look for the rejected quantity.
