What Can We Do For You?

HSN can be edited by the approver ends on the "Invoices for my approval" page, Select the invoice and edit the same; after that, type the HSN code, search the same, and select. Once selected click on the "Update and Approve" button to proceed further. 

There will be 2 reasons for this. 
1]- The approver ID is got inactive. Please activate the ID or re-assign another employee and set the approval matrix accordingly from "Set approval limit"

2]- The approval matrix is not set for the particular cost centre and module. Please set the approval matrix from "Set approval limit".
