The ‘E-Mail’ field is used to send the login credential to the vendor/user in case of login access is provided to the vendor also. The ‘E-Mail’ entered in Vendor Master will be the User ID to login into TYASuite for that vendor. The login credential will be sent to the vendor/user on his registered e-mail if the following two settings done (i) Enabled from company setup-General Tab - Auto Send Vendor Login (ii) Send Vendor Login Details checkbox ticked

The ‘Password’ entered in Vendor Master will be used as a password to login into TYASuite. The ‘Password’ will be sent as a login credential to the vendor/user on his registered e-mail if the following two settings are done (i) Enabled from company setup-General Tab - Auto Send Vendor Login (ii) Send Vendor Login Details checkbox ticked
